Had intentions of building this up as a bike packing rig. Frame is partially stripped of paint, I can get it sand blasted. I was going to polish it.

Surly Krampus fork (new never used)
Stock cranks and BB
Deore disc brakes
New single speed kit and surly tensioner
Sun Ringle Duroc 40 wheels
Extra rear wheel from Stock Norco 27.5+
Stock 125mm dropper post
Used lock on grips
Would need new chain, and some finishing touches as is.
Only selling because I had the chance to buy a Surly bikepacking rig at a great price for my trip this summer.
Not sure what to sell it all for, so make a reasonable offer and I may take you up on it. If I don’t get any real offers I’ll probably build it up this summer and sell as a whole bike.
