I have checked this out a few times recently but it seems to be flooded at about
44°39’34.8"N 63°50’06.3"W. I was checking out the Halifax MTB trails guide and saw that it was a part of Jimmys round top. Does anyone know why this road was built and if there is a way around the puddle?

That section of road has been flooded for at least 15 or 20 years, I think. The best plan is to take the other fork that comes out at Joshua Slocum Ave.
As for why it was built, I think it’s part of Old Halifax Road that ends in Glen Haven. The road off Joshua Slocum is a fire road built by the province in the 1960s.
