Wow, what does it say? They went to a shit ton of work to make that. Did they clear trees to make it visible from somewhere?
No trees were cut. It’s in a clearing for the powerline that runs up to Dominion Cres.

Ah yes, the well known “Spare Sauce Fest”, where they combine all the left over sauces from Rib Fest and make new rib sauces 
Someone went to a lot of work there for some very odd reason.
