Hello folks!
The time has come to make things more official at the Secret Senders Trail, and as such I’d like to invite you to the Secret Senders Society’s Founders Meeting.
Our goal is to form a trail association to support the growth and development of Secret Senders and other technical trails in Nova Scotia.
Most trail associations keep their focus on catering to the masses and easier tails that everyone can ride. This is awesome and we need this type of advocacy too, however this beginners and intermediate’s first perspective often results in lack of development of options for experienced and higher skilled riders - as well as those with ambitions to get to that level.
This is where the Secret Sender Society comes in to help ensure the options for rider progression is not cut at blue trails.
I’m looking for a few keen folks to help get the association off the ground and up and running as members of the initial board of directors, aka The Knights of the Secret Senders Society.
We’re having a start up meeting January 4th and it would be great to have your support! We’ll be meeting at the cabin (1366 Greenfield Rd) at 10:00 for a meeting to go over the association goals, and steps needed to get started, followed by a ride or hike as the weather permits.
