John Conrad should be signing up, I think he wanted to fix some stuff on his newer bike before committing but if its not ready he will almost certainly decide to send it on his old RM and sign up anyway.

Don’t think he has an account here but we will keep reminding him.

Welcome to Send Fest ’24

Thanks for signing up to join in this year’s Send Fest! The weather is looking great for this weekend and the trails are ready for you.

I’d like to thank our supporters at Loam Coffee, Banks Bikes, TrailFlow, Sweet Ride Cycling and Dog Days Media for helping us make this event a success.

Where to met:

Reminder we will meet at my cabin at 1366 Greenfield Rd, Wolfville for all events (other than the Dig day as we’ll stay in the woods for that)

Address: Google Maps

This is the first driveway your left after the road turns to dirt. I’ll make sure it’s well marked for you

Heads up Greenfield Road has had some recent work done on it (new culverts installed) and is a bit… rough. Don’t rush the last few km if you like you car.

Cell coverage is spotty at camp and the trail.

Event Schedule

Saturday: Free Ride Clinic 10AM - 1PM

Dig Day: 2PM - 5PM Saturday:

Camping / Bike Party 5:30PM+

Sunday: Send Fest Tour 10AM - 4PM +/-

We’re going to attempt to stay on schedule so please try and arrive 15min before event start times for the Clinic, and Send Fest Tour especially as we will need to shuttle to the tail from the cabin site.

If your’ going to be running late please call or text me. (902 300 9449). I will also leave a map to the trails at the cabin to help direct you. I’ve include the map showing the route form the cabin to the trails with this email. Basically go past the cabin (further down the dirt road) when you crest a hill park on your right at a logging road. Go straight down the road (do not take any turns), past the gate, over a bridge, a bit further then the trail head will be on your left. This is about 5km past the cabin.

What to bring?

  • your bike and gear
    • We recommend a full face helmet armour if you have them.
  • Spare tubes / patches
  • Food and water

For those Camping…

We have plenty of room for tents and trailer. The cabin is fully serviced so you can fill up if you need more water or grab a shower post ride.

We’ll have a bbq going and extra camp stove available for cooking. Ill have some food to share such a burgers, hot dogs, chips and the such but feel free to pack a cooler.

Sunday morning Coffee and pancakes will be on offer.

By the way you’re more than welcome to invite a few extra bike minded friends to hang Saturday night!
