Going for a recon trip in Spider Lake to assess trail conditions.
Where: Spider Lake, meet at trail head on Spider Lake Road.
When: February 23, 2017 @ 10:00 a.m.
Difficulty: Blue trails / Medium difficulty
Notes: Forecast is calling for sun and high of +5, so it could be mushy and wet. Hoping to hit lots of shaded trails. Dress appropriately. Fat/plus bikes recommended.
Will try to check out as much of the singletrack as possible, and perhaps Silversides as well. No promises on conditions, hence the recon trip.
