Thursday night we meet at the Cole Harbour Heritage Park parking lot (256 Bisset Rd)and ride to the Salt Marsh Trail and Lawrencetown Beach. 6:45 meeting time and we hit the trail at 7 pm. The aim is to ride at an easy pace (15-20km/hr) for about 1.5 hours in total. This is a fun ride for riders of all skill levels.
