The Western Crown Lands (aka Bowater) and surrounding area are an underutilized gravel gem. There are hundreds of km’s of roads and trails in the Western Crown Lands that can be easily accessed from Upper Tantallon. I’ve been discussing the idea of hosting organized group gravel rides out of Upper Tantallon this summer. These rides would take a building block approach to fitness and skills, with the goal being the completion of the Tour D’Ingram at the end of the season.
