Here’s my understanding…

NO - A River Runs Through
? - Devil’s Bend (Economy NS)
YES - French Fort Cove (Miramichi NB)
YES - Gully Lake (Earltown NS)
YES although maintenance sporadic - Gray Mountain (Falmouth NS)
? This is mostly a winter trail from my understanding - Hospital Hill (Halifax NS)
? - MicMac Trails (Debert NS)
?- Noggins (near New Minas NS)
YES - Sugarloaf Mountain (Antigonish NS)
YES - Trenton Park (Trenton NS)

I hiked the Devil’s Bend trail about three years ago. I wasn’t thinking about riding at the time,but my recollection is that it would mostly be a good ride. Some steep climbs/descents (a few with steps) that at least I would have to carry the bike over.
