VSC Weekly Ride

Where: Gorge, P2, Bottle Rocket, Bird Sanctuary
When: Wednesday, Sept. 25th 6:30pm
Difficulty: Beginner/intermediate

Let’s head to the gorge for 630 and head over to bottle rocket and bird sanctuary.

Remember to charge your light and join us at the trailhead at the end of Gladys Porter drive.

Notes: requires lights , dress warmly, bug spray

What time do you guys usually ride until? Is this a no-drop kind of scene, or a hang if you can, drink the blood of the vanquished kind?

No drop for sure. We ride until about 8ish. No blood drinking, but maybe a beer.

Awesome! Think I might head up. If someone from the HRM wants to hitch a ride with me, let me know (if you can provide good tunes, and not a total PITA to pick up during rush hour😬)

What trail is ‘bottle rocket’ @riderx ? edit should have checked trail forks first. Flowy stuff by the ball field in Kentville

Yup…the short track stuff. I didn’t know the name until I saw it on trailforks.

Rode bottle rocket for the first time last night. Nice little addition to the local trails in Kentville, and its cool that you can make a loop.
