I was up on the weekend and rode the trails behind Parkwood Drive in Sydney. It was suggested by a couple people. It was decent enough, lots of loops but mostly flat. The area has so many spectacular hills / mountains, I have to believe there are some good leg burner trails with some awesome descents out there.
