Yes, we live in the Maritimes, and we are pros at riding the trainers in our basement! So it’s now time to show your trainer talent at the first ever Winter Indoor Cycling Championships!
The 2013 Protherapy Stephen Handel Computrainer program is very populare this winter with the MultiRider function. This is the opportunity for everyone to give it its best shot.
The event will take place in tow parts, a qualification prologue (in a “no drafting” mode) and a final race (according to your ranking) will be of about 45min-1hour long in groups of 7 riders (drafting allowed). This is the best format as it will allow everyone to race at his own level.
