Tried my first Zwift session last night. Zwift is a computer/tablet/phone app that makes it look like you’re cycling on a road, when you’re really on a trainer.
I really hate pedaling a bike to go nowhere, so it did make my session more interesting. Had a simulated ride in Central Park, NY.
I’m not sure my setup is correct or ideal (just using a basic trainer, and one that isn’t listed in their supported trainers), but I seemed to be going REALLY slow. A lot of people were flying by me… maybe my legs are just that bad.
