One of the few times it’s been really clean. It’s “old” , beat up but still so much fun. That Chromag , by the way, is beautiful!

Sad state of affairs! This is my plan:
This bike back together.
Then upgrades on the hardtail:
- increase travel from 120mm to 140mm
- replace 2 pot Shimano brakes with 4 pot Guides
- replace press fit bottom bracket with Monochrome screw fit
- replace dropper lever with under bar.
Then kids bikes:
- true front wheel
- replace Tektro brakes with Shimano
Should keep me busy.
