Anyone planning on snowing at Whopper? I might head out there with the pup later this evening and do some stomping.
I saw on Strava that someone snowshoed daminion and flipside this morning.

I did some snow shoeing last night, it wasnât the most effective as it was cold and the snow was powdery. There was another set of snowshoe tracks and some cross country ski tracks (from some cross country skiing legend! I would get so tangled up trying to ski in there)

The Farm Report: Packing in nicely. Avg of 20" wide. Conditions will appeal to those looking for more techy fatbike riding than found in groomed networks.
The âBack Loopâ reminds me of Cobra Kai in Spider. Love that stuff but itâs not for everyone.

The Railyard was in great shape Friday morning, and we continued to get more snow throughout the day. Crew will be grooming, keep an eye on Bike Truro socials for updates.

Was out snow shoeing with the kids at Whopper. We didnât get far but you should be good to hit up scotch on the rocks for a loop. There was another guy out there that said he was out to Whopper dropper so certainly went further, it probably needs more passes with snowshoes to make it rideable.

NER Trail just took a crew of 15 on snowshoes from Dominion Cres to the end of Flipside and back. Pretty solid track set, a couple soft spots in some drifts and a few snow leaners but overall will be in great shape when temps drop.

Whopper is a tough one to get good for winter riding due to all the foot traffic IMO.

The Farm Report: the snowshoers did an amazing job in there and its good to go now for fatties. Softer/narrower on the doubletrack, firmer and a bit wider in the singletrack.

NoraWarren has been somewhat packed by snowshoers but could use a few fat bikes to run through it.

Where can you ride a skinny right now? I have a fat bike but my buddy does not.
