I hope that everyone enjoyed the ride last weekend. Again I apologize/am embarrassed for having to duck out early, but I learned a good lesson! Don’t ride your bike less than 24 hours after donating blood. That being said I am hoping that some folks would be looking to ride either Saturday or Sunday morning. We could meet at the rink again and go from their.
I hope that everyone is having a great Friday!

No worries mate–it was still good to meet you. And every time I’ve ever given blood, it knocks me for a loop too. So much so, that I’m really only willing to do it for absolute family emergencies.
