@Ghost yeah I went through and exited around 1:00. It was as dry as I’ve ever seen it in there.

Yeah looks like its right where the fire road meets the power line.
Has it crossed the power lines? There are a lot of nice dry trees on the ground along Farside to help fuel the fire.
Looks like a little of Death March doesn’t need trimming now.

Yeah, big thanks to the fire crew in the helicopter for getting on the scene so quick and dumping water on it.
Could have been a whole lot worse.
I was nervous for a bit when I heard Point Pleasant park had a fire too. Waiting for the helo to fly off to tend to the park but they must have sorted that out with the trucks down town.
Looking at those pictures you can see how windy it was. Pretty impressive that it was contained so quickly. I’ll have to be careful not to cause any sparks when I’m knocking my pedals off rocks!
