Going for a hike around the whole system on Thursday to see how it weathered the winter.

Awesome, wish I could have made it! It’s the closest trail to where I live but I had a sick partner and kids to deal with last night.

Found a little gem near Sambro.
Involves a just a bit of the hiking route along Crystal Crescent Beach but there is a good little single track into the woods that’s a couple of kms mostly downhill. Probably could use some minor work I suppose.
I’ll try to get a trailforks upload in the near future.
You get a view of the Sambro Island Lighthouse, you can go for a dip afterwards, and it’s close to the local NSLC/Pizza shop too. Maybe a good spot for a future ride.

Have a look at the Strava heatmap.
Doesn’t that simply show your own rides?
I don’t see anything anywhere on Strava or Trailforks out that way.
